There is always talk about the latest and greatest workout program that someone is following. For instance, at work people will discuss what program they’ve been following, how much weight they’ve lost, etc. Everyone wants to follow the best program. “Best program” can take on a lot of areas of consideration such as price, how many videos does it include, how good of a workout will it give, does it have both cardio and strength training, and even whether it has a nutritional plan or not.
Dieting is typically thought of as something you do for a period of time to lose weight for instance, but then once you reach your target goal, you’re finished. This type of dieting not only provides only short term results, it’s just an overall horrible way at looking at things. Nowadays most peoples perspectives on dieting have been sabotaged so much via all the fad diets and promising infomercials, they don’t even understand what a real diet should be like.
The one unique thing about creating a blog to rant about the stuff you like to rant about is that you get to meet other bloggers and share ideas. My passion in my early 40’s is to reclaim or take back my life, find my health, my wealth (not money), and move back toward a simpler time when “drama” was far and few between.
